On 10th July 2017, Shenzhen Sanxin Technology Development Co., Ltd held the 16th (2017)entering & starting ceremony of the new college students. The joining in of the 40 excellent graduates from all over the country will bring fresh vitality to the company.
The opening ceremony was hosted by the manager of training department Liu Lanhua. Other leaders like general manager Zhou Chunhai, Vice general manager Liu Shaozhong, Yang Lirong, lishao, general engineer Hua Dingxing, administration manager Zhou Ruiying also attended this meeting.
Manager of training department Liu Lanhua firstly gave a brief introduction of training procedure. All students will have a half-year long training, which includes off-job training, workplace training, and company training. After this, all members will be assigned to different position. The whole training will give a profound introduction of the company and will help all to adapt the environment quickly.
Zhou Haiying and Shi Hefu gave speeches on behalf of new staffs. They appreciated the opportunity that offered by company and would take the responsibility to be a excellent SanXin person. The speeches showed a common willingness that all of them are ready to devote them to the study and work to make a contribution to the company.
Finally, general manager Zhou Chunhai made conclusions for the meeting. He gave warm welcome to all the new staff and hoped that all can have a nice transform to be a qualified staff. He also stressed that a new staff shall establish a correct outlook for life, value and world, which means one shall focus on professional skills, pay attention to knowledge accumulation, enjoy the work process, overcome difficulties with determination, improve the quality of oneself and contribute to the company and society.
