In order to cultivate a contingent of high-quality back-up management team and improve the mainstay staff’s work skill and comprehensive ability, the company headquarter organized first time elite training. 45 mainstay staff of headquarter and all branches joined this training.
Vice general manager, Shenzhen & overseas company general manager Liu Shaozhong, vice general manager Li Shao, dean of design institute Cai Guangjian and manager of administration Zhou Ruiying took part in this ceremony.
Training department manager Liu Lanhua gave introduction and requirements of this training, stressing that company attached great importance of staff ability construction.
