In order to get a better understanding the ideological trend and working conditions, and build a communication platform, creates a frank, positive and harmonious working atmosphere of the newly recruited staff, the Finance Department organized the “2017 university graduates and new staff” forum after Sanxin Technology comprehensive training for 2017 university graduates in the afternoon on 16th Aug. The finance leaders of each branch synchronized, excellent account of 1 - 2 years working experience and new staff to participate in the forum with Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai area via video.
The forum was hosted by Long Lijuan, financial manager of Sanxin Technology. All the new staff made self-introduction and gave a speech, showed that they will cherish the chance of being a Sanxin member and ready to make a difference in Shenzhen during the relaxed and warm forum. Four outstanding finance staff with 1 to 2 years working experience shared their emotions and feelings about their life career in Sanxin and gave speech about their growth, which gave more encouragement to all. According to their working experience, all financial manger encouraged the university graduates to complete the role-changing, learn more about professional knowledge and apply them to work as soon as possible.
